Who Will Survive in America?
Once a Popular quote used my many civil rights leaders, now a popular audio skit composed by artist Kanye West , but the question still remains Who Will Survive In America?, this applies to all who live in this country no matter of their race, color, creed, or gender , but in my opinion surviving in America is displayed as being on the top of the pyramid, Not necessarily agreeing with Darwin’s Theory of survival of the fittest. According to Darwin Surviving was Basically Maintaining. In America to Survive you must go beyond maintaining in society , you must be your own society. In my eyes Survival in America is nearly impossible , its easy to become a entertainer or to find your niche in the media which may allow to enter the life of the rich, but being rich in America is not even close to survival, an artist may sell millions and be rich for 20 years and then go completely broke but when you are wealthy in America that’s a prime example of survival, because your wealth will not disappear it will handed down from generation to generation and your name will leave a legacy. Many don’t acquire survival because you must be willing to make sacrifices, and these usually come first,
- Religion
- Morals
- Your natural personality
if you could manage to let these factors of character go then you are one who may be truly fit to survive in America, but I personally think that I can only maintain in this society , I don’t have it in me to let my unique qualities wash down the drain for a Slice of the American Pie.
